I think your site, according to your flow chart, is more than complete and ready to go... I would only give you one suggestion about the content and it would be to include blogs or sites by young fashion artists, like your boss. You could also profile them or interview them to give readers an idea on how the other side of your internship is: what interns can learn from their companies, their co-workers, and how this can inspire them in the future.
